1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection of custom embroidered apparel, choose your desired design, and click "Add to Cart." From there, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose a payment method to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we begin preparing your custom embroidery immediately. Modifications or cancellations may not be possible, but if you need to make changes, please contact us ASAP at service@pawtraitthreads.com.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, don't hesitate to reach out to us via our Contact Page, and we'll resend it to you promptly.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you're unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at service@pawtraitthreads.com.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 2–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. You can expect your order within 1–3 weeks.
Note: During busy seasons, such as the holidays, shipping may take a little longer. We recommend placing your order in advance.
7. When will I get the tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If there are no updates within 14 days, please email us at service@pawtraitthreads.com and we’ll investigate the issue.
8. How do I track my order?
Track your order using your email address, the full name on your order, or the tracking number. You can view shipping updates on our website, but if tracking details aren't available yet, don’t worry — your order is on the way!
9. Do you only offer custom designs for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies?

10. Do I need to remove the background from my image?
No need! Our design team will take care of background removal during the customization process, so just upload your image as is, and we’ve got you covered.
11. Is my photo good enough to use for embroidery?
If you've followed our Photo Guidelines, your photo should be perfect for embroidery! Just make sure the image is clear and of high quality, and we’ll take care of the rest.
• Make Sure The Photo Is Taken In Good Lighting (Outdoor Daylight Is Best)
• Try To Take The Photo At Eye Level With Your Pet
• They Don't Need To Be Looking At The Camera
• Try To Get A Close Up So We Can See Your Pet's Unique Features
• Make Sure The Photo Is Not Blurry And High Resolution ( 1.5 Mb + )
• Make Sure No Features (E.G. Ears!) Are Out Of Frame - We Can't Add Them If They Aren't In The Original Photo
• Ensure That The Fur Color In The Photo Is Not Affected By Bad Lighting. If The Fur In The Photo Is Not Accurate To Real Life, The Fur In The Design Won't Be Either
To Ensure The Quality Of Your Product, Please Submit Original Photos, Don't Use Screenshots - Cropped Out Photos, Etc ( Just Use These In Case You Have No Other Options )
