  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom embroidery products may take additional time for production depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • We offer flat-rate standard shipping within the U.S.

    • Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on the location.

    • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • International Shipping:

    • We proudly offer international shipping to many countries.

    • Shipping times for international orders generally range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

    • Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Carrier

We work with reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.

4. Order Tracking

  • Due to the custom nature of our embroidered products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

  • If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
